How does the price work?

Every from-price on this site is per person, for the group size and nights shown on that trip's page. It moves with group size, dates and which options the group picks, so the number you see first is a starting point rather than a fixed quote.
Once we know the group size and dates, we come back with an exact per-person price broken down by what it covers.
How far ahead should a stag do be booked?
TIMINGIT RIGHT
Earlier is better, particularly around bank holidays and the summer months, when accommodation for larger groups is the first thing to go. A smaller group has more flexibility to book closer to the date.
There's no fixed cut-off — the honest answer is to enquire as soon as a date is in mind, and we'll tell you what's realistic for that city and group size.
Does everyone have to pay through the best man?
WHOPAYS
No. One organiser can collect and pay on behalf of the group, or the group can each pay their own share individually through the booking flow. Both routes end up at the same total.
Splitting payment individually tends to save the organiser the awkward job of chasing everyone for cash, and it makes it clear at a glance who still owes what.
